Eric Spindt

Investment Professional

Eric joined Waypoint Financial Solutions, Inc. on May 1, 2011. He brings to Waypoint a genuine concern for people and their lives. Eric has a passion for helping people and understands that giving sound advice can be instrumental in charting a course to follow their dreams. Eric has recently become FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 registered. He will be working alongside Suzanne in working with financial plans for both the accumulation and the distribution phase of life. Eric is responsible for client service support and will assist in trading responsibilities.

Eric comes to the financial services industry after spending the past 25 years in the Retail Automotive business. He and his brother, John, owned Waupaca Motor Sales until 2007. Since they sold their business, Eric knew that he wanted to continue to provide a high level of customer service and do something very meaningful to help others manage their financial matters. "I know that customer service is the only foundation on which to build a business."

Eric has a strong business background, specializing in financing. He is not a stranger to putting a customer first even if it cost him a sale. "By taking good care of people, you will never run out of good people to care for." This philosophy works well here at Waypoint Financial Solutions, where our mission begins with helping to "un-complicate" the complicated.

Eric earned his bachelor's degree from UW-Oshkosh with a major in Business Administration. Eric lives in Waupaca, has been married to Jacky for 22 years, and has two children; a son at UW - La Crosse and a daughter at Waupaca High School. Eric enjoys golf, bike riding, walking, and snowmobiling, as well as great food.

Eric has been very active in the community for many years. Some of the organizations that are special to Eric are the Waupaca Area Chamber of Commerce (Past President) and Immanuel Lutheran Church, where he has been a member of the church council for many years.
