Kika Kennedy returned to Waypoint Financial in 2026 serving as the Senior Operations Lead. In this role, Kika brings her years of experience leading teams and bringing people together to support our office personnel, enabling them to do what they do best - serve our clients. As Suzanne’s middle daughter, Kika grew up observing her mother’s ability to empathize and uplift others, which quickly became core values she upholds herself.
In addition to supporting the team at Waypoint, Kika enjoys sharing the practice of yoga and meditation with others and serving on the Board of Directors for the Toto Foundation. In her free time, you can find Kika spending time with her husband, Mitch, their daughter, Kit and dog, Onyx. She loves to be on the Chain O’ Lakes skiing with her dad, baking and cooking new recipes for loved ones, and spending time outdoors on walks, hikes and in her garden.
You can find Kika in the office part time, offering a helping hand anywhere it is needed!
