Payton is a Client Services Associate, at Waypoint Financial Solutions, Inc. She has a warm smile and welcoming presence, and is a familiar face to many of our clients.
Payton is a small-town girl at heart and grew up in one of Waupaca’s neighboring towns, Scandinavia. Having a strong desire to work with people, she pursued an associate’s degree in Human Resources in 2015 while waitressing at The Wheelhouse. After graduating, she worked as a Human Resources professional for 6 years with two different organizations that support individuals with cognitive and developmental disabilities. Payton also earned her real estate license in 2020 and found it to be a natural fit.
Payton and her husband had their first son in 2019 and welcomed twins in 2021. Being a mother is Payton’s number one priority. When Waypoint Financial hired her as a part time Client Services Specialist in 2022, it was the perfect fit for her and her family.
